Return Process

Log into your Blue Star account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Blue Star
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
